NEA EdJustice encompasses the social and racial advocacy work on the National Education Association. Through timely coverage of social justice issues in education and opportunities for action, NEA EdJustice provides ways educators and allies can advocate for our students, our schools, and our communities.

Join us in our mission to:

  • Highlight member voices on social justice and offer resources and tools for activism
  • Build and grow a community of activists committed to advancing social justice policies in public education
  • Connect and engage education activists in support of opportunity for all students.

“I would love people to know that social justice is education justice. We can’t have one without the other. We can’t focus only on the academic stuff if kids are dealing with so many other things. And how do we address those other things?”

Take Action on Racial & Social Justice

We are on a mission to dismantle unjust systems, and together, as educators and allies, we can take actions to address the inequities that result from institutionally racist policies and practices in our schools and the communities in which our students live. Join us to work for access and opportunity for all students.
