BWT is designed to allow for paraeducator-teacher team collaboration through in-person professional learning offered by an affiliate in collaboration with a local school or district (if appropriate). While the training was designed as a multi-session facilitated course, individual sessions may serve as stand-alone professional learning opportunities.
