Putting the ESP Professional Growth Continuum into Practice

This training includes a suite of five exercises that build off of one another, and address how to use the ESP Professional Growth Continuum (PGC) to help ESPs understand and articulate their value and importance to the school community.

At a Glance

ESPs will identify how they currently use (or can use) the Universal Standards provided in the PGC to articulate the contributions that matter to their local context and create a plan for how to pursue professional growth in a competency area of their choosing that has an impact on school and student success.
