Take Action

Tell your senators and representative to reintroduce and support the Public Service Freedom to Negotiate Act

The Public Service Freedom to Negotiate Act would ensure that the workers who see us through everyday life, as well as crisis and hardship, can come together through their unions to negotiate salaries, benefits, and working conditions.

The legislation would protect them when they speak out about unsafe or inefficient conditions on the job. When these workers have their say, services in our communities benefit from their experience and expertise.

The Public Service Freedom to Negotiate Act would protect public service workers’ right to advocate for themselves and their communities.
