Request a Training

The NEA Center for Racial and Social Justice's trainings (being conducted remotely for now) can be tailored to your school's specific needs. Fill out the form below to get started.

NEA funds and organizes trainings for NEA members. They are not open to non-NEA members unless otherwise specified.

Thank you for your interest in the Human and Civil Rights Leadership and Professional Development Training Programs. The trainings are conducted by NEA members annually trained on the content and the adult learning process.

Please complete the form below and provide as much information as possible about your proposed event. We will follow up with you to address any outstanding questions. The training request form is required to initiate the process. However, it does not guarantee that we can conduct the training as requested. Also, please be aware that our trainers volunteer their time, so we cannot guarantee their availability on the preferred date(s).

We urge you to submit training requests at least 45 days in advance of the requested training date(s). This allows sufficient time to conduct a call to trainers, coordinate travel, prepare materials and ship resources to the training site. We request a minimum of 25 participants for training and believe that the optimal learning environment is two trainers to 40 participants. We appreciate your interest in our trainings. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]
