Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules Hearing

The Committee on Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules (CCBR) will hold a hearing on proposed amendments to the NEA Bylaws and Standing Rules. Participants will have an opportunity to ask the makers of the proposed amendments and get information about the process for submission and consideration of business items at the 2024 RA.
